Introduction
I am a Research Associate at MetaSystems Research Team (MRT) in the Computational Systems Biology Research Group at RIKEN Advanced Science Institute in Yokohama, Japan. Before I joined to MRT on 2009 April, I have been in REKIN in Synthetic Biology Group.
My research interested are in the area of discovering phylogenetic signal in metagenomic sequence dataset to predict their interactions or functional associations and finally to analyze full set of metagenomic dataset into a network form.
